Types of oils

Jojoba oil has a property similar to hair sebum (natural secretion of the scalp); therefore, it is ideal for hair. This oil does not interfere with the natural state of the scalp or our hair.

Benefits:

Jojoba oil penetrates deeply into the hair and acts as an excellent moisturizer, as well as having several healing properties.

Regular use of this oil prevents hair loss and gives it a natural shine.

Jojoba oil promotes hair growth by helping new hair cells grow, thus preventing dandruff and hair loss.

Ideal for people who want to increase hair growth and control dandruff, as well as for those who have a problem with dry scalp and dull hair.

How to use it:

Use it at least once a week to have shiny hair.

Pour just a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand or a small bowl, part the hair, and apply it on the hair and scalp.

Apply this oil on your hair for at least an hour and then wash it off, but for better results, you can wash your hair after one night.

Leave it on for at least an hour before washing, but leave it on overnight for best results. You can also add a few drops to the conditioner.

Almond oil for hair

Almond oil is great for skin and hair and contains many vitamins E, fatty acids, proteins, antioxidants, and magnesium that reduce the fragility of hair and help it grow. The use of this oil is recommended not only for normal skin and hair but also for dry skin and hair.

Benefits:

Almond oil not only moisturizes the hair but also protects it against hair loss and brittleness; it is also one of the best oils for fast hair growth. People with dry, damaged, or dull hair, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, are recommended to use this oil.

How to use it:

You can apply this oil directly to your hair and scalp.

You can also warm it before use, put it on your head overnight, and wash it the next day.

On some days, after washing and drying your hair, you can apply a few drops of oil to your hair.
